My Approach

In my work, I use somatics as a body-based healing approach that reconnects you to the relationship between your body, nervous system, and emotional experience. I guide you to track sensations, recognize survival patterns, and restore regulation so you can feel more grounded, present, and whole again. Somatic healing reminds you that you are not broken—your body has been protecting you. When we meet those protectors with compassion, the body can soften, reorganize, and return to its natural rhythm of healing and ease.

Somatic healing is the practice of helping you remember your body as home, where your truth lives, where intuition speaks, and where your deepest patterns reside. I invite you to gently reconnect with the sensations and wisdom beneath the surface, especially in the places shaped by trauma and stress.

I trust the body’s intelligence. It remembers what the mind can forget, and it also remembers how to heal. Through sensation-based awareness, resourcing, and a bottom-up lens, I support you in restoring regulation, softening survival responses, and rebuilding internal safety. Over time, this allows you to shift from being overwhelmed by your experience to feeling empowered within it.

Somatic-centered healing isn’t about fixing or forcing. It is about slowing down, listening deeply, and allowing the body to lead. With compassion and trauma-informed care, I help you reconnect with your innate capacity for agency, balance, and alignment. Discovering a felt sense of connection and wholeness that is embodied.

Offerings: 1:1 Sessions, Workshops, & Trainings

Root Cause Healing (Tracy S. Stevens – Practitioner Training)

Root Cause Healing works deep within the body’s energetic and emotional layers. Through this modality, I help clients recognize and clear old survival imprints, unresolved patterns, and subtle energetic blocks held in the nervous system. This work creates a pathway back to coherence, clarity, and a felt sense of inner connection.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT)

IEMT is a dynamic process that helps shift identity-level patterns and emotional imprints that feel “stuck” in the body. By gently engaging the eyes and the nervous system, clients often experience rapid relief, new perspectives, and a softening of long-held emotional charge.

Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM)

My TRM work is grounded in teaching clients how to track the language of the body—sensations, impulses, and shifts that reveal the state of the nervous system. TRM provides practical tools to stabilize, regulate, and re-engage the body’s natural capacity for resilience and recovery.

Community Resiliency Model (CRM) – Certified Teacher

Through CRM, I teach simple, accessible nervous-system skills that help clients understand their biology and build a wider window of tolerance. These tools support emotional steadiness, reduce overwhelm, and invite a greater sense of capacity and balance.

Anxiety, ADHD & Trauma Recovery

These sessions focus on calming the physiology of stress and restoring safety from the inside out. By working gently with interoception, pacing, and somatic grounding, clients learn to soften hypervigilance, settle the body, and integrate emotions with more ease and compassion.

Private Somatic Healing Sessions (1:1)

My 1:1 sessions weave together the modalities above—Root Cause, IEMT, TRM, CRM, parts work, compassion inquiry, psychoeducation, and, when desired, spiritual attunement. Each session is tailored to support nervous-system regulation, the unwinding of stored trauma, and a reconnection to internal safety, coherence, and deep self-trust.
